Shipping Policy

1. Please note that we currently only provide shipping within Singapore and Malaysia only. Our shipping rates are as follows:

FREE Standard Shipping for orders above $80	$0.00
Standard Shipping > 5kg	$5.00
Standard Shipping 5kg - 10kg	$8.00
Standard Shipping 10kg - 15kg	$11.00
Standard Shipping 15kg - 20kg	$14.00

2. We will dispatch your order 2-3 business days after payment has verified. For all orders, we will require your mobile/contact number in case we need to contact you urgently.

3. Please note that most couriers deliver to residential and offices only. Here are the list of places our courier do not deliver to.

4. In the event, delivery is made and the recipient is not at the address, rescheduling of the deliveries is the responsibility of the recipient or it will be left at your doorstep.

5. Each courier has their own shipping policies, you will have to abide by their terms.

6. Swipe Singapore and our staff are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If there is any issue, please contact the couriers first. You can contact us after you have written to the relevant couriers.

7. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer, which depends on the country the items are being shipped to, and the total value of the order.

8. Insurance is not provided, and tracking is provided by the courier of choice, which will be provided to you. Please note to contact us, immediately if you would like insurance and we will check if the courier you have picked offers that.

9. All sales with Swipe Singapore are FINAL. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to the dimension/ weight of a specific product on our site, please send us an email using our contact form before committing to purchase.
