1. Please note that we currently only provide shipping within Singapore. For Malaysia orders, kindly email us at enquiry@swipesingapore.com.

2. We will dispatch your order 2-3 business days after payment has verified. For all orders, we will require your mobile/contact number in case we need to contact you urgently.

3. For local delivery within Singapore, we use a few couriers such as Ninja Van, SF Express and more.

4. In the event, delivery is made and the recipient is not at the address, rescheduling of the deliveries are the responsibilities of the recipient.

5. Please note that our courier providers ship to residential areas and offices only.

6. Each courier has their own shipping policies, when you choose the service provided by them, you will have to abide by their terms.

7. Swipe Singapore and our staff are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If there is any issue, please contact the couriers first. You can contact us after you have written to the relevant couriers.

8. Taxes and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer, which depends on the country the items are being shipped to, and the total value of the order.

9. Insurance is not provided, and tracking is provided by the courier of your choice, which will be provided to you when you choose the appropriate courier. Please note to contact us, immediately if you would like insurance and we will check if the courier you have picked offers that.

10. No Returns or Exchanges.
